1st Poem!!! How exciting! This one is about your love who has mysteriously left you without any word of his absence.

Here one day,

Gone the next.

Called his phone,

Sent the text.

And now I sit and start to see,

What this boy has done to me.

I had thought all would be okay,

Because I would see him today.

But because I have my friends with me,

I will focus, the path I'll see

Authors note: I know, this was very rusty. It's obviously not my best work. You will be seeing much better works of mine in the future. It's a good preview of my writing. Although, I usually don't care much for writing rhyming poems because of the restriction of words but I came to realize, they are rather fun to read!
