Yup, it's true. 13 years ago, at 1:58 pm, i was born. I think I've progressed. And oh goodness me! I don't know what the future has in store, which make it all the more fun.

Terrible News!

I've done it. I managed to loose my old math notebook. This, you see, means that I have lost all my brilliant poems from there! Awwwww well. I suppose I can whip 'em up without the infamous math notebook. I guess this title isn't quite accurate anymore.

1930: A Simpler Time

If I could travel back in time, when would I travel to? Well, none other than the good ol' days of 1930. The time was simpler. Life was simpler. Music was chipper and jazzy, much like myself. I believe (i might be mistaken) but I believe that The Wizard of Oz was made during the 1930's so I would certainly jump at the chance if I ever got it. Oh, another reason I would travel to the 30's is to meet Bill 'Bojangles' Robbinson and, of course Shirley Temple.

A Tidbit of Wonderland

Dreamland

Here's another one for you (i finally got my math notebook back from Christmas vacation!)


The lock is broken.
I am not waiting anymore.
Because the thing that I was waiting for has come.
I now live in an alternative dreamworld,
Where nothing is impossible and you float.
That is until...he is gone.
Then the world jumps from Dreamland,
to a world of greed and angry stares and dissaproving snares.
A world of wait.
My eyes wander away from this evil world and I slip away to a different Dreamland.
This one is far less bright.
It is cold, and blank, and lifeless.
The only thing that dwells there is me and the feeling of wait.
There is a sun but no warmth.
And then he returns.
The sun's back.

Hello everyone! Okay, I have found the original version of the 1st poem and if I do say so myself, this one is far better. What do you think??? Leave your opinion.

Here one day...
Gone the next.
Called his phone...
Sent the text.
Worried I am,
Sit and wait,
For his presence at the gate.
Longing eyes search around
For a laugh, a voice, a sound.
This morning I thought all would be okay
Because I would see him today.
